People Manager Basecamp

As a Learning Experience lead at Personio, I led the design, development, and roll out of our first in-person manager training program, called People Manager Basecamp. This included leading the branding, visual design, content, and evaluation strategy.

Key Metrics from pre and post program survey:

• Leadership confidence: +13% increase (87% to 100%)

• Feeling of strong network and connection to other leaders at Personio + +252% increase (23% to 81%)

• Ability to apply Personio Principles: +15% increase (81% to 96%)

• 100% of leaders stated they would be able to apply what they learned to their role

• Qualititave participant feedback: "the realistic examples, exercises, and interactions with other leaders were invaluable. The diverse experiences and perspectives shared among us helped me gain a deeper understanding of different situations and explore solutions beyond my own thoughts. I particularly appreciated the triangle framework you established for leadership at Personio, the exploration of my personal leadership style, and the RAISE model. However, the most impactful aspect for me was the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas with my peers."
