Overview
This self-paced eLearning experience was created to reshape how employees approach feedback — not as a box-ticking exercise, but as a meaningful, everyday practice. It was part of a larger initiative to build a stronger feedback culture across the company.

Design Highlights

• Built in Rise with embedded Storyline scenarios for interactivity and real-world decision-making

• Focused on shifting feedback from top-down to shared responsibility

• Included reflection moments, sample scripts, and practice opportunities to help learners build confidence

• Optimized for quick access — designed to be completed in under 20 minutes, so it could fit naturally into a busy workflow

The Outcome
The module launched alongside a refreshed employee toolkit, feedback campaign, team feedback workshops, and peer feedback rituals. 95% of participants reported feeling more confident in giving and receiving feedback. Teams also reported incorporating feedback more regularly into 1:1s and retros.
